Leads development of systems integration test methods/ processes and troubleshooting instrument (hardware/software) and assay/reagent interaction issues to determine root cause and possible solutions. Promotes collaboration with various systems, assay, engineering and instrument support departments/disciplines (e.g., systems integration, quality engineering, assay and instrument design, on-market support, software, technology) through knowledge of the interaction between departments/disciplines and how their products/processes affect one another and impact processes (e.g., Assay Development, Operations, Business, Quality, Regulatory, Quality Engineering). Supports technical team in developing and integrating performance budgets and evaluating Key Performance Parameters (KPPs)/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs). Hands-on experience executing integration test plans for complex electro-mechanical systems.
The systems engineering group is responsible for the design, development, and integration of avionics, mission systems, and datalink equipment on legacy DoD and FAA certificated aircraft through all phases of the engineering effort including requirements management, research and analysis, system architecture, design reviews, system documentation, test and integration, airworthiness certifications, and production..
