The Trucking Transportation and Warehouse Manager is responsible for thoughtfully managing and growing the business of Birchmont Transport, LLC trucking company, which currently includes the operations of 4 tractors and 18 trailers. Through Samsara, verify all necessary documentation and certifications required by law. Implement and manage transportation management systems (as Birchmont uses Samsara) and other logistics software. Knowledge of transportation software, GPS, and fleet management tools. Strong knowledge of DOT Safety knowledge (i.e. logs, hours of service, etc.)

Global Trade Compliance: Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, import/export documentation, and trade agreements is crucial to ensure compliance and minimize the risk of penalties or disruptions.
