Under the direction of the Senior Deputy Director Real Estate and in coordination with the Planning Finance Division, the Commercial Leasing Manager will be responsible for the maintenance of the Planning Department lease database (“YARDI Voyager”) and the regular updating of the system as needed to reflect all salient fiscal and operational data for all lease/licenses in the BPDA/City of Boston Planning Department real estate portfolio.. The properties include the Charlestown Navy Yard, Long Wharf, and the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, as well as significant neighborhood-based redevelopments.. In addition to the maintenance and quality assurance of the database, the Commercial Leasing Manager will perform a key role in other regular day-to-day lease/license administration matters (Fiscal Accountability).. Three (3) – five (5) years of relevant experience in Lease Administration, Commercial Real Estate Leasing, Property Management, or Lease negotiation.. Preference will be given to candidates who possess or are immediately willing to obtain a Real Estate Sales or Brokers license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
