The position provides management and technical direction to JTA Construction and Capital Programs staff, the Authority’s program management consultants, professional services consultants and general contractors.. Current Authority programs include, but are not limited to, the following: Emerald Trail Program - Segment 3 - Southwest Connector (2.3 miles), Segment 4 - S-line Connector (1.3 miles), Segment 6 – Westside Connector (4.1 mile), Segment 7 – Northwest Connector (3.5 miles), and Segment 8 – Eastside Connector (3.7 miles).. Serve as the single point of contact for the assigned programs, engage and collaborate with key stakeholders and elected officials, make presentations to the public, Authority leadership, and JTA's Board of Directors, foster interagency coordination, and work closely with funding partners.. Sound practice and knowledge of project planning, development, design, engineering and construction management methods, practices and principles relating to highway, building, transit and bridge construction.. Working familiarity with computer-based programs such as CADD/AutoCAD, GIS systems, QA/QC systems, scheduling, budgeting, database, document management, project management information systems (PMIS) and engineering related software applications.

The primary role will incorporate all aspects of Equity and Fixed Income Prime operational client service - covering trade handling, cash movements, fails management and client account queries.. Trade handling across equity and fixed income PB, including trade capture, broker mapping and connectivity issue resolution with clients. We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (equivalent or higher).. Interest or experience in financial services or brokerage back office operations; someone who enjoys collaborating, problem solving, and understands basic accounting principles is desirable.. Support the early-stage development of renewable energy projects Plan, direct, and coordinate all construction-related activities on renewable energy project sites.. Review and validate vendor invoices and milestone completions.. Experience in Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or related field (or equivalent experience).. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction management, with 2+ years in renewable energy (solar, wind, battery storage, etc.). Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project).

Florida registration as a Professional Landscape Architect or can receive this within a 3 month timeframe.. 8+ years of progressively responsible professional experience as a Professional Landscape Architect.
