Partners with Estimating, Division Management and Project Management to supervise, direct, and coordinate management of construction projects, including direct liaison with owner, designers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and orderly performance of the job.. Ensures construction schedules are adhered to by determining appropriate staffing levels and material and tool procurement.. Experience as lead superintendent on at least one project.. Able to stand; crawl; climb ladders & stairs; balance; stoop and kneel; etc (physical activities associated with construction sites).. Must be able to withstand for long periods of time noise, fumes, airborne particles, etc.
Provide project management, technical oversight and leadership for all phases of aviation projects associated with a capital improvement, including, but not limited to; business case development, stakeholder engagement, design management, design and construction procurement, permitting and federal/state approvals, scheduling, project delivery, cost and change management safety, quality control, and ORAT. Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning and development, including engineering and pre-construction/construction; bidding strategy; schedules; cost estimating; budget oversight; systems and facility integration; and commissioning/activation. Use electronic tools including Primavera P6, Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), and other related software systems. Coordinate maintenance of traffic and phasing plans, utility shutdown requests, impact notices, disruption notices, contingency planning and other tasks as needed. Knowledge of airport operations, design, and construction of airport facilities is required

Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking a Construction Coordinator for a 6+ month contract position in Brentwood, TN. This role is fully onsite. This position is responsible for all administrative and financial responsibilities, supporting the organization in new and remodel store construction programs. Throughout the entire lifecycle of a project, they will assist in document management, contract execution, pay application and invoice processing and project close out. Assist in the bidding process, store walk and warranty process, collection of notices, store construction document storage, new store address verification, etc. Working knowledge and ability to use Enterprise Network and Project Management Software (Projectmates, Procore, etc.)
