We are currently seeking an Assistant Real Estate Manager to join the Foundry Commercial team in Nashville, Tennessee. The Assistant Real Estate Manager is responsible for supporting the Real Estate Manager in managing all aspects of a portfolio of commercial office & industrial properties. Recommends and directs alterations, maintenance and reconditioning of property as necessary. Coordinates tenant move-ins and move-outs, and “walk-through” spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department. CPM or RPA professional designation preferred
The Senior Project Engineer will collaborate closely with the division’s outside sales team to deliver advanced engineering support for complex projects and strategic initiatives across the organization.. Utilize CAD to prepare engineering drawings, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs (piping & instrumentation diagrams), equipment layouts, general assembly drawings, and solid models, as needed according to accepted engineering principles.. Experience with drafting, solid modeling, and design packages, e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, etc.. Experience with engineering project management, including customer management, estimating and proposals, risk identification and mitigation, planning, execution, vendor management, and installation..
