We have a reputation for quality design-build projects and are seeking the right Project Manager to join our successful operations and leadership team.. Our annual volume is in excess of $500M and we serve a wide variety of clients in the public and private sector: office, life sciences, technology, healthcare, education and much more.. Working alongside the Business Development, Preconstruction and Estimating team the Project Manager will be responsible for leading the project and team from early design stage through full completion delivering 100% client satisfaction.. Experience with the following is critical: document review, compliance, contract management, scope, design assist, constructibility issues, submittals, structural engineering, RFP's, design, owner contract management, awarding subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders, create and monitor schedule, create and foster productive relationships with owner and subcontractors, ensure proper document control, drive safety policy, motivate, inspire and lead and mentor others on the project team.
Construction Materials Testing Technician - Level I. A Level I Technician will have a minimum of 6 months experience and a current ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician certification. Transport, operate and care for a nuclear density gauge as assigned, meeting all safety, care and maintenance guidelines as outlined in the Radiation Safety Program Policy. Understanding of Proctor Compaction Test and USCS Soil Classification. ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Level I Certification

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or 3 years of experience with CDBG-DR construction programs in lieu of a degree).. + 2+ years of experience supporting CDBG-DR or CDBG-MIT housing recovery construction programs.. + Proficiency with Xactimate X or later versions as it relates to CDBG-DR construction, damage assessments, and cost estimates.
The Construction Laborer supports the installation, maintenance, and a variety of construction assignments related to the telecommunication industry. Responsible for the day-to-day manual labor needed to support the construction operations.. Working with crews will include shoveling, assist in laying conduit, and providing general support to the construction process.. Working with line crews will include supporting the linemen by feeding cable, setting up street cones, pulling cable, job site cleanup, and providing general support to the line construction process.. May require traveling with occasional overnight stay (transportation and hotel are company provided)

Essential job functions include: driving and/or operating various pieces of light, heavy and/or very heavy construction or maintenance equipment used in activities, such as, construction excavation, asphalt stripping etc., and assuming responsibility for following all safety and maintenance procedures relating to the proper operation and condition of the assigned equipment.. The primary equipment used may include: earth movers, large motor graders, large bulldozers, large asphalt rollers and pavers, large cranes, Gradalls; Hoptos; scrapers; cranes; tandem trucks; and tractor-trailer rigs.. A Construction Equipment Operator II may also be expected to complete specific tasks including, but not limited to: operating front-end loaders for cutting slope; operating backhoes when digging around underground gas/electrical lines or large water mains; and interpreting construction plans or drawing and performing operations necessary to comply with plan or drawing specifications.. Strength enough to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds such as pieces of equipment, rocks, bags of cement, bags of silica sand, hose, boom down chains, drag chains, etc.. Additionally, employees in this job classification must complete Level 4 Security Awareness Training and pass an online certification test.

Work Location: F.E. Warren AFB (Cheyenne, WY). Performs inspections and completes daily site reports in RMS. Include comments and monitoring of progress, work activities, safety issues and subcontractor manpower in the reports.. Assists in preparation of scopes of work for RFP's, assists in preparation of government estimates, assists with reviews of contractor's proposals, and assists with preparation of contract modification documentation..
