Supports a diverse portfolio of projects located at the 9 ANR Research and Extension Centers dispersed throughout California and the UC Elkus Ranch Environmental Education Center.. Examples of these projects include new education and research facilities, space renovation, building envelope upgrades, accessibility upgrades, infrastructure projects, and deferred maintenance projects.. Knowledge of accessibility codes, public works contracting rules, risk assessment and mitigation associated with construction projects.. Licensed Professional Engineer (structural, civil, electrical, mechanical) or Licensed Architect.. Project Management Professional, California Building Plans Examiner certification, or Certified Building Official.

Using various modeling technologies and processes the modeler produces detailed models that are coordinating with other design and construction disciplines for streamlined workflows, lower costs, and higher quality. Proficiency with current versions of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

EPS has deep roots in all facets of a project lifecycle, including engineering, real estate, business development, and finance.. Works hand-in-hand with the Owner's Project Executive.. Handle contract disputes with a "Win-Win" mentality and review all Prime Contract change orders and letters.. Work with the EPC on delivery protocols and reporting for Renewable Energy Tax Abatements (RETA).. PMI (Project Management Institute) or CMAA (Construction Management Association of America) certification (Preferred).
