This is a permanent, high-impact opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Attorney to support land acquisition, entitlement, and development efforts for critical utility and infrastructure projects.. Draft and negotiate agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, development agreements, leases, and easement documentation.. Support strategic land planning initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory and business objectives.. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Texas.

· Estimating: Performs quantity take-offs, pricing, scoping and bidding of civil construction projects. Must be able to price self-performed work in detail including production rates, material, equipment and crews for each DFOW. Must also be able to acquire subcontractor pricing for items not to be self-performed and produce a turnkey estimate for civil division projects. Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management. Experience with project management software (i.e. Procore, MS applications). Experience working with USACE, NAVFAC, or other federal agencies a plus
