Job Title: AutoCAD Detailer/Drafter – (Project Management + Estimating). We’re looking for an experienced AutoCAD Detailer/Drafter with a background in trade show exhibits or retail displays , who also brings strong project management and estimating skills to the table.. 3+ years of AutoCAD drafting experience specific to trade show exhibits, branded environments, or custom displays. Experience with industry-specific tools like SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or ERP/project management software is a plus. Familiarity with other drafting or 3D modeling software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks, Revit)
Strong knowledge of construction practices, estimating, and contract management. Experience using project management software (Procore preferred). Comfortable working on-site and managing multiple job sites. Real estate or related industry experience is a plus, but not required. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience

Candidates should have had exposure to business writing and possess a strong literary and grammatical competency. Previous experience working with Argus Enterprise, Costar Realty, REIS, and RealQuest is a plus
