The Capital Expenditures Administrator helps administer the full life cycle of construction projects in various stages for the company's Commercial Real Estate projects. Prepares and oversees execution of design and construction agreements and associated approval documents, including review of proposals, contract forms, COI, W9, and coordinating review by the Legal and Risk Management departments.
