Working directly with seasoned Estimators, Assistant Estimators help prepare estimates ranging from conceptual to detailed estimating.. They help prepare for pre-bid jobsite meetings, prepare preliminary construction schedules, RFIs, RFQs, and other project documents.. They occasionally provide project management support to the Operations team and may attend trade shows and other sales events.. They carefully maintain and cultivate relationships with vendors..
