Are you a Project Manager who’s delivered complex heavy civil infrastructure projects looking to become a figurehead in an expanding medium-sized General Contractor?. You’ll manage your project teams, financials, and client relationships across a variety of heavy civil construction projects. Heavy civil construction project management experience such as structures, bridges, highways/roadways, or utility infrastructure projects. Experienced with software such as Primavera P6, HCSS, Spectrum/Viewpoint desirable but not essential. Preconstruction Manager or Senior Preconstruction Manager looking to focus more on Project Management, whilst supporting Estimating/Preconstruction/Pursuit efforts.
· Estimating: Performs quantity take-offs, pricing, scoping and bidding of civil construction projects.. Must be able to price self-performed work in detail including production rates, material, equipment and crews for each DFOW. Must also be able to acquire subcontractor pricing for items not to be self-performed and produce a turnkey estimate for civil division projects.. Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management.. Experience with project management software (i.e. Procore, MS applications).. Experience working with USACE, NAVFAC, or other federal agencies a plus
