Performs skilled work in the repair, construction, and maintenance of various refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including associated air handling, control devices and equipment, heating, ventilation, chilled water distribution systems, chillers and energy management control systems. Analyze building heating and cooling systems and recommend modifications to achieve better operation and energy efficiency.. Perform all required tests and maintain the HVAC systems to meet Infection Control requirements and respond to patient and staff complaints regarding heating and cooling problems. Provide first response fire brigade and disaster relief and support as required or requested. Three (3) years direct experience installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning, heating, ventilation, chillers, chilled water distribution, refrigeration and control systems.

Sustainability Engineer plays a key role in providing technical expertise and analytical support in the execution of sustainable building certification projects, including LEED, EDGE, WELL, and NGBS. Perform energy modeling, daylight simulations, and water/energy efficiency analyses using industry-standard software.. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.. Proficiency in energy simulation tools (e.g., DesignBuilder, EnergyPlus, IES VE) and Microsoft Office Suite.. LEED Green Associate, EDGE Expert, or other sustainability credential (preferred).
Optimize unit performance to improve efficiencies, cost, reliability and EHS performance.. Utilities include: steam generation, wastewater, waste treatment, and air systems.. Experience with Reverse Osmosis, Clarification, Ion Exchange, or various water filtration processes is a plus. Conduct RCFA of unit issues and support PSM/MOC/LOPA/PHA. We support only chemical and refinery operating facilities.
