Negotiate, draft, develop, manage and close a broad array of complex technology vendor agreements including but not limited to on-prem software licenses, software-as-a-service, subscriptions, cloud computing, open-source licenses, click-through, reseller, broadcast and telecommunication operations, and professional services.
