The successful candidate will lead the contract separation exercise, design the future state of indirect procurement for the standalone business, and potentially transition into leading the function permanently.. o Recommend and design a fit-for-purpose indirect procurement model for the new business unit (e.g., centralized vs.. o Partner with stakeholders to define and plan the future-state procurement systems landscape, including tools for intake, sourcing, contracting, and supplier management..
