The Associate Director of State and Local Relations will support Habitat’s advocacy priorities by building the capacity of the affiliated network in the U.S. to have greater influence on state and local housing policy, focusing on issues impacting homeownership supply, access, and resilience. The Associate Director of State and Local Relations will provide technical assistance, training, and peer learning opportunities to the Habitat network on relevant state and local housing policy solutions, track state and local legislation and policy trends, develop policy tools and resources, and verify and report on network advocacy impact metrics , among other duties.
