Appliance Parts Specialist

A great Parts Specialist keeps our whole team efficient, and we know it - this role is central to how we operate, not an afterthought. What You'll Do Learn our systems and handle core parts inventory duties Receive parts into inventory and organize them in the warehouse Look up and order parts for upcoming jobs Communicate with vendors on orders, pricing, and returns Prepare parts and pull orders for technicians Process defective/broken part returns to vendors Learn and use Rossware software for parts and job tracking Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient What We're Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Strong computer skills Excellent communication skills Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Preferred (not required — we'll train the right person): 1+ year of experience in parts, inventory, or warehouse work Experience with appliances Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off & paid holidays On-the-job training and ongoing professional development Clear path to advancement (e.g., Supervisor role) Schedule Monday–Friday, 8-5pm Full-time, in person \nCompany
