Marketing Counsel (JD Required)

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate marketing, promotional, sponsorship, and event-related agreements Prepare documentation for hackathons, speaker engagements, and community programs Coordinate approvals for marketing campaigns and manage multiple concurrent agreements

Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar 4+ years of legal experience in marketing, advertising, events, or promotional contracting Experience drafting and negotiating marketing and event-related agreements Familiarity with sponsorship agreements and commercial arrangements Ability to manage a high volume of agreements with fast turnaround expectations
