Entry-Level Client Account Specialist

The Role: Strategic Benefit Advisors is hiring an Entry Level Client Account Specialist to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale, FL.You'll help individuals and families explore their health coverage options, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process. No previous experience is needed. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed. This is a full-time, office-based position with opportunities to grow into leadership and management.

What You'll Do: Speak with clients about their health coverage needs. Explain available options clearly and confidently. Guide clients through enrollment and sales. Follow up with prospective and existing clients. Build strong relationships and deliver excellent service. Keep client records accurate and up to date.
