We're conducting a confidential search for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multi-family new construction projects in the City of Chicago.
About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multi-family new construction projects from the ground up, working as part of a collaborative team to bring projects to completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. This is an in-office, hands-on leadership role for someone ready to manage the full lifecycle of complex, ground-up residential construction in Chicago. What You'll Need4-year BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in a Project Manager role (in addition to time spent as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager) Proven experience with multi-family new construction Hands-on experience with Procore Willingness to work in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPreference given to candidates living within 20 miles of the office (near-downtown Chicago) What's Offered$120,000–$140,000 annually, commensurate with experience Performance bonus Health insurance 401(k) Project Location All projects are located in the City of Chicago.
