Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist OTR/L - Part-TimePelvic Rehabilitation & Wellness Center | Manalapan, NJ$60–$70/hour | W-2 | Approximately 12-16 hours/week Pelvic Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is seeking an experienced Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our specialty pelvic health practice in Manalapan, New Jersey. We are looking for a clinician with established pelvic health experience, formal pelvic floor training, strong clinical reasoning, and the ability to independently evaluate and treat pelvic floor dysfunction. This is not an entry-level pelvic health position. Schedule* Three weekday evenings per week* Preferred hours: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM* Saturday mornings preferred, approximately 8:00 AM–12:00 PM* Approximately 16 hours per week* Opportunity for additional hours as the caseload grows Compensation$60–$70 per hour, W-2Compensation is based on pelvic health experience, advanced training, certifications, and demonstrated clinical competency. The upper end of the range is reserved for highly experienced clinicians who can independently manage a specialty pelvic health caseload.

Required Qualifications:

Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license* Current NBCOT certification* Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program* Prior pelvic health clinical experience* Formal pelvic health continuing education* Experience with internal and external pelvic floor assessment and treatment* Strong manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education skills* Experience with nervous system regulation, down-training, breathing, and relaxation strategies* Strong documentation, communication, and patient education skills* Ability to independently evaluate patients, establish plans of care, and progress treatment appropriately Clinical Focus Candidates should be comfortable treating pelvic pain, urinary urgency/frequency and leakage, constipation and bowel dysfunction, dyssynergia, pain with intercourse, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, diastasis recti, prolapse, perimenopause and menopause-related concerns, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, scar restrictions, pelvic floor overactivity, and men’s pelvic health conditions.

Clinical Technology & Modalities: Our practice utilizes advanced pelvic rehabilitation technologies and adjunctive modalities, including real-time ultrasound, EMG biofeedback, NMES, therapeutic ultrasound, red light therapy, SoftWave, and scar/soft-tissue techniques. Clinicians must either have appropriate training and competency in required modalities or be willing to complete clinic-approved training and certification before independently using them.
