Head of Digital Asset Investment

Role Description: The Head of Digital Asset Investment is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and oversight of digital asset investment activities. This role involves defining and implementing the digital asset investment framework, including portfolio construction, risk management, and performance measurement across cryptocurrencies, tokens, and other Web 3-related assets. The person in this role will monitor markets, analyze on-chain and off-chain data, evaluate investment opportunities, and produce regular reporting and insights for internal and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives, aligning investment strategy with broader business objectives, and guiding the use of web analytics and market intelligence to refine investment decisions. The Head of Digital Asset Investment will also mentor team members, coordinate projects, and contribute to thought leadership in the digital asset and Web 3 investment space.

Qualifications: Strong skills in Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation to design and drive comprehensive digital asset investment and business initiatives. Proven Project Management experience to plan, execute, and track complex investment and transformation projects in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities to guide, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams focused on digital assets and Web 3.Proficiency in Web Analytics to interpret data, assess performance, and support data-informed investment and strategic decisions. Extensive knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technologies, and Web 3 ecosystems, including market structures, risks, and regulatory considerations. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in portfolio management, risk analysis, and financial modeling for digital assets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and make informed decisions under time constraints. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus. Prior leadership experience in investment management, fintech, or digital asset-focused organizations is highly beneficial.

Compensation: This position offers a salary range of $150,000–$190,000 USD per year depending on experience, investment expertise, and leadership scope.
