Home Health RN: Flexible Schedule, Growth & Autonomy

HealthFlex Home Health & Hospice in California is seeking a dedicated Home Health RN to provide compassionate care in patients' homes across the Sacramento area. You will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor health, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care. The role requires an unrestricted CA RN License, at least 1 year of RN experience in direct patient care, and CPR certification. A valid driver's license is also required.
