Outside Sales Representative - Roofing & Home Exteriors

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Paid training (first 3 months), followed by commission-only ($150,000–$250,000/yr earning potential)

Key Responsibilities: Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (including walking roofs and entering attics).Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales. Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently. Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle. Requirements: Valid driver's license with clean record, ability to pass a background check, and high school diploma/GED.Physical Ability: Comfortable safely climbing roofs, entering attics, and inspecting home exteriors.
