Lean Manufacturing Intern Continuous Improvement

Schneider Electric in Fairfield, OH is seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern to support manufacturing and operations teams in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity initiatives. You will work with operators, supervisors, and engineers to map processes, eliminate waste, and sustain standard work on the shop floor. Responsibilities include time studies, Kaizen participation, 5S, data collection, and developing Excel-based trackers and dashboards.
