Electric Policy & Regulatory Analyst I/II

The City of Roseville’s Electric Utility seeks an Electric Business Analyst I or II to track state and federal legislation, assess impacts on operations, and draft advocacy positions. You will build partnerships with coalitions and community groups and brief internal and external stakeholders. The role integrates new policies into operations, coordinates utility tours and advocacy trips, and conducts educational workshops to advance department efforts.
