Job Description: Pharmacist - Inpatient Schedule

Shift: Day 4x 10-Hour (12:00 - 22:30) Assignment Details 1st time travelers accepted. Local candidates not accepted within a 75-mile radius.

Requirements: Oklahoma license BCPS certification BLS certification RPh designation

Responsibilities: Review and interpret medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness. Provide drug information and clinical support to healthcare staff. Monitor patient responses to medication and adjust accordingly. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
