Duties: Manage trademark matters at various stages. Oversee trademark portfolios. Support U.S. and international trademark filings. Conduct comprehensive trademark searches. Respond to Office Actions effectively. Counsel clients on infringement and enforcement issues.

Requirements: Experience in trademark law. Ability to manage multiple trademark portfolios. Proficiency in conducting trademark searches. Strong communication skills for client counseling.

Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications: Licensed to practice law in the United States. SkillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and remotely.
