What You’ll Do: Lead hiring across finance, analytics, media, and partnerships with a focus on building leadership Run high-leverage meetings and ensure clear communication across internal and external stakeholders Build the infrastructure for scale including org design, performance reviews, and internal communications Own coordination across clients, vendors, and executive leadership Remove operational roadblocks to protect executive focus and accelerate growth
