This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation associate interested in sophisticated complex commercial disputes, business litigation, and high-stakes civil litigation for major companies and other sophisticated clients across a variety of industries.

Experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes, contract claims, business torts, corporate disputes, and other complex civil matters Experience litigating matters in state and federal courts Strong experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents Experience taking and defending depositions and working with fact and expert witnesses Experience managing complex discovery, document production, and case strategy Experience with hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation Experience independently managing significant portions of complex matters while collaborating with partners and clients Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Excellent client service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment Strong academic credentials J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted Why This Opportunity Sophisticated complex commercial and business litigation Exposure to high-stakes disputes involving major companies and sophisticated clients Meaningful responsibility throughout the litigation lifecycle Opportunities for depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial experience Direct client interaction and involvement in case strategy Collaboration with nationally recognized litigation and transactional practices Excellent platform for developing sophisticated litigation experience and advancing your career
