Litigation Associate

Responsibilities: Manage litigation matters from start to finish (pleadings to trial and appeal)Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other key litigation documents Conduct legal research and develop case strategies aligned with client goals Advise clients and represent them in court, mediations, and settlement discussions Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates

Qualifications: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; active CA Bar membership At least 5 years of litigation experience in California state courts Experience or demonstrated interest in trusts and estates and probate litigation Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills and commitment to client service Collaborative team, sophisticated work, and a great culture (with a sense of humor).Interested applicants are encouraged to apply.
