Key responsibilities:
Own the development and execution of characterization, verification, and validation plans for electro-optical products
Manage the validation team, overseeing technical project management, performance evaluations, and talent development
Supervise measurement activities and deliver validation reports, identifying issues and driving failure analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related field with 10+ years of relevant industry experience and 5+ years in team management
Proven experience in leading validation and failure analysis of high-speed electro-optical hardware products
Direct experience validating Silicon Photonics assemblies or advanced optical modules
Expertise with high-speed electro-optical devices and associated test equipment
Strong debugging skills in RF electronics and embedded firmware
