Electrical Ops & Maintenance Supervisor – Hydro Plant

Lower Colorado River Authority is hiring an Electrical Ops and Maintenance Supervisor to lead the electrical team across six sites, overseeing daily craft activities and the maintenance of 13 hydro generation units in a power plant environment. You will coordinate with river operations during flood events, drive safety and quality, and travel regularly to sites to ensure strong communication and clear expectations with electricians and plant staff.
