Branch Leader: Elevate Service & Digital Banking

Fidelity Bank, NA is seeking a branch leadership professional to serve as the face of our bank in the Wichita community. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service, deepen relationships through value-added recommendations, and drive adoption of digital banking solutions. The position requires a bachelor's degree in business or related field, strong communication skills, supervisory and banking experience, and flexibility to work late hours as needed.
