Mid-Level IP Litigation Associate

Overview: Requires extensive experience representing both accused infringers and patent owners. The role involves litigation before district courts, the International Trade Commission, and/or the USPTO in PTAB proceedings. Ideal candidates possess a degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience. USPTO registration is a plus. Posting details Practice Area: Intellectual Prop Winston Taylor is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and highly qualified mid-level litigation associate to join its intellectual property practice. Candidate should have three to five years of experience as a seasoned patent litigator with extensive experience representing both accused infringers and patent owners before district courts, the International Trade Commission, and/or before the USPTO in PTAB proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience. USPTO registration is a plus but not required. While California and Texas are the preferred office locations for this position, we will also consider candidates within our other offices.
