Labor & Employment Attorney

Overview: Requires prior employment litigation experience (preferably on the management side), including experience handling single plaintiff employment claims, PAGA, Wage & Hour, and FEHA matters. Employment counseling or in-house employment law experience is preferred. Role involves drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel. The firm is also interested in candidates with substantive litigation experience in other arenas who demonstrate an interest in labor and employment law. This is a hybrid role.
