Director of Finance

Responsibilities: Lead the development and coordination of the annual operating budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities to maintain timely and accurate financial results. Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and performance insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. Manage cash flow forecasting processes and monitor liquidity to help maintain sound financial operations. Direct budgeting cycles and forecasting activities, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for improved financial performance. Partner closely with manufacturing and operational leaders to evaluate costs, support planning, and strengthen financial controls. Establish and refine finance processes that improve reporting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across the organization.
