Executive Kitchen Leader

Congress Hall Hotel in Cape May, NJ is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead all culinary outlets. This role supervises and coaches area Sous Chefs, Lead Cooks, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks and Stewarding Staff, and ensures standardized recipes, training, and efficient production. The Executive Sous Chef reports to the Executive Chef and may cover multiple stations, including events, with a focus on Farm to Table ingredients from our own farm and seasonal menus.
