Deputy FSO — Industrial Security & CJIS Programs

Databricks Federal seeks a Deputy Facility Security Officer to partner with the Industrial Security Lead and scale security operations for a growing federal footprint. You will administer security programs, manage clearances, and coordinate government reporting across DCSA and customer programs. You will drive automation, onboard/offboard processes, and develop AI-assisted workflows while ensuring audit readiness and strong security education.
