Hospitalist MD/DO Locums 12-Hour Shifts + NO CALL Worcester, MA Hospitalists - looking for a long-term locums assignment without required call or procedures? This 52-week Hospital Medicine opportunity in Massachusetts offers 12-hour day and night shifts, Epic EMR, manageable patient volumes, and a full year of consistent coverage. This is an excellent opportunity for a Board-Certified Hospitalist ready to step into an established inpatient program and work both independently and alongside experienced APPs and support staff. WHY THIS ASSIGNMENT STANDS OUT 52-Week Long-Term Locums Assignment 12-Hour Shifts Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM NO Required Call NO Procedures Required Epic EMR Inpatient Hospital Medicine Work Independently + Alongside APPs/Support Staff January 4, 2027 - January 3, 2028 Prior Locums/Travel Experience Not Required THE CLINICAL PICTURE Day Coverage Approximately 13-15 patients per day Inpatient rounding and ongoing patient management Night Coverage Approximately 8-12 admissions per night Inpatient admissions and overnight Hospital Medicine coverage Providers should be comfortable managing a traditional inpatient Hospitalist workload and working across multiple locations within the health system.
