Lead, Consumer Lending Analytics

The Role: We’re looking for exceptional hands-on analytics professionals to help build RAIL from the ground up. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant ownership. You’ll work directly with experienced analytics and business leaders to design, build, and implement capabilities that directly influence customer experiences, business decisions, operational performance, and revenue growth. We’re hiring professionals with strengths in one of two complementary disciplines: Analytics Engineering Build reusable data products, analytical datasets, enterprise metrics, and scalable analytics capabilities. Develop modern analytical solutions using SQL, Python, Databricks, cloud technologies, and related platforms. Analytics Product Development Turn analytical capabilities into business solutions that improve customer experiences, workflows, operational effectiveness, and decision-making. Partner directly with business leaders to move analytical ideas into production.

What You’ll Do: Design and build scalable analytical capabilities. Solve complex business problems using data. Partner with technical and business teams to deliver production-ready solutions. Build reusable assets that accelerate future development. Use AI and modern analytics tools to improve productivity and quality. Measure results and continuously improve what you build.

What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, advanced analytics, data science, analytical product development, business intelligence, or a related discipline. Strong hands-on technical skills with SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, cloud platforms, APIs, visualization tools, or related technologies. Experience delivering analytical solutions that were successfully implemented—not just analyzed. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A builder’s mindset with intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action. Experience in consumer lending or financial services is a plus, but not required.
