This is an incredible opportunity with scope for rapid progression and a fantastic pipeline of projects to work on. The Mission: Planning and leadership on industrial, commercial and/or data center projects Distributing and delegating tasks to contractors Collaboration with estimators, engineers and clients Helping to broker deals with distributors & suppliers You'll need: Experience at a Reputable General Contractor, as a project managerA degree in Construction Management, or significant experience What’s on offer: Salary up to $140K at Mid-Level, up to $170K at senior Great benefits you’d expect from a big name, including healthcare, 401K (with company contribution), life assurance etc., PTO plus holidays etc. A fantastic pipeline of projects across a range industriesA chance to work directly alongside the leader winning all of that business
