Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily technical operations across Service, Applications, Customer Support, and technical testing
- Provide hands-on support with troubleshooting, installations, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and customer escalations
- Improve service response times, team productivity, workflows, and operational efficiency
- Establish and track KPIs, priorities, processes, and technical standards
- Lead onboarding, technical training, and team development
- Oversee repair/RGA processes, workplace safety, and 5SCoordinate technical projects and operational improvements with international teams
- Maintain strong communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Proven hands-on technical leadership experience within automation, machinery, field service, or industrial operations
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsPLC and system integration experience; Siemens and EtherCAT experience preferred
- Field service, equipment installation, and commissioning experience
- Leadership experience, ideally 3+ years in field service, technical service, or technical operations
- Experience driving KPIs, continuous improvement, productivity, and 5SStrong customer-facing and cross-cultural communication skills
- Dispensing technology experience is a plus
- German or Spanish language skills and/or experience working with international teams is a plus
- Salesforce, Asana, Microsoft Business Central, and CAD/SolidWorks experience is a plus
