Dispatcher

Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner Perform outbound calls to confirm customer appointments - must have experience in the plumbing industry septic experience a plus but not required Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Maintain customer records and update information as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working for a plumbing or septic company in a customer service role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using computer systems and software applications Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
