Duties: Deliver engaging, individualized audio and video lessons tailored to each student's learning style and goals Develop and adapt curriculum content to meet diverse learner needs, including special education and early childhood education Utilize learning technology and e-learning platforms to create interactive, multimedia-rich lessons that enhance student engagement Incorporate instructional adaptability techniques to support students with disabilities or special needs Plan and execute effective lesson plans that foster literacy education, language acquisition and foreign language teaching Manage virtual classrooms efficiently, maintaining a positive learning environment with strong classroom management skills Provide ongoing feedback and progress reports to students and parents, ensuring clear communication of achievements and areas for improvement

Qualifications: Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across multiple subjects, including language instruction and literacy education Strong writing skills and the ability to develop customized lesson plans that incorporate individualized instructions Experience working with students with disabilities or special education needs is highly desirable Familiarity with learning technology, e-learning platforms, and classroom management tools Demonstrated instructional adaptability to cater to different learning styles and age groups, especially children and preschoolers Background in early childhood education or childcare enhances your suitability for this role Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students of various ages through online mediums

Requirements: Must be a citizen and resident of one of the following 6 countries: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand In-depth knowledge of teaching best practices and educational guidelines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in an online setting Ability to engage students and provide personalized instruction Comfortable using online learning platforms and technology Reliable internet connection and equipment that meet LINGORA's technical requirements Ability to create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment Required System Specifications Processor: Intel Core i-Series (6th Generation or higher) or AMD equivalent
