MDS Director: Regulatory & Reimbursement Lead

Plaza Health seeks an MDS Director to oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument processes, ensuring timely MDS submissions, CAAs, and care plans in line with CMS, OBRA, Medicare, Medicaid, and NJDOH regulations. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize appropriate reimbursement, maintain compliance, and promote quality resident care through accurate assessments, audits, and ongoing staff education.
