Industrial Maintenance Supervisor - Recycling Plant

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Recycling Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a multi-shift industrial maintenance team, ensuring safe, efficient production. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, repair of conveyors and plant equipment, and data tracking across maintenance and inventory systems. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in Welding/Electrical/Maintenance with PLC experience, and be able to obtain required certifications (Crane, Man-Lift, Forklift) on hire.
