The Opportunity: We’re looking for high-performing closers to join our remote team. You’ll manage the full sales cycle over the phone and in person, working hot leads provided by Smpl. With preset appointments and sub-10-minute closes possible, your focus is on conversion and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities: Consistently close leads and complete paperwork
Follow up diligently on every submission Use CRM to track activity and meet monthly quotas
Required Qualifications: Phone sales experience REQUIRED
B2B or Merchant Services experience preferred (all sales backgrounds considered) Strong communication, closing skills, and confidence Preferred Traits: Self-motivated, competitive, results-driven
Compensation & Benefits: Commission-only structure
