This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a busy practice with a built-in patient base, strong hospital support, and a clear partnership track. Practice Highlights: Currently 2 Physicians with a goal to grow to 34 Physicians3 experienced Nurse Practitioners providing strong clinical support Collegial, patient-centered culture with an excellent referral base Coverage includes: 3 hospitals, multiple dialysis clinics, and 2 office locations Call rotation: 1 in 3 Partnership track available after 1 year
